Requirements
To qualify for the Verified Seller badge, you must meet all of the following:
- 1Valid government-issued ID (National ID, International Passport, or Driver's License)
- 2Business registration document (CAC certificate, Business Name registration, or equivalent)
- 3Active bank account matching the business name
- 4At least 10 completed orders with no unresolved disputes
- 5Response rate of 90%+ within 24 hours
- 6Store must have been active for at least 30 days

Submit your application
Go to Settings → Verification in your seller dashboard and upload your documents.
