How do I place an order?

Browse products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via Paystack or Flutterwave.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack and Flutterwave.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status under My Orders.

What is your return policy?

Returns are handled by individual sellers. Please check the seller's store policy. For platform-level disputes, contact support.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. OmaGold uses industry-standard encryption and never stores your card details. All payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers.

How do I start selling on OmaGold?

Register for an account, choose the seller plan, and complete your store setup. Your store goes live after admin verification.

What is the commission structure?

OmaGold takes a small platform margin on each sale. The exact percentage depends on your plan. See our Pricing page for details.

When do I receive payouts?

You can request a payout anytime your balance exceeds the minimum threshold. Payouts are processed within 1–3 business days.

Can I sell my own products?

Yes. You can list your own products or add products from the OmaGold central catalog to your store.

How does the Verified Seller program work?

Verified sellers have their identity and business verified by OmaGold. Verification increases buyer trust and unlocks higher-tier features.

Can I use a custom domain for my store?

Yes, custom domains are available on higher-tier plans. Contact support to configure your domain.

Is there a mobile app?

The OmaGold storefront is fully mobile-optimised and works in all modern browsers. A native app is on the roadmap.
